Training Options

Flexible course delivery methods to suit your schedule:

  • Face-to-Face: Minimum 2 hours of in-person training

  • Blended Learning: Online study with at least 1 hour 30 minutes of in-person training

  • Online + Face-to-Face Assessment: Online learning followed by a 20-minute practical assessment

Entry Requirements

  • You must be physically capable of performing 2 minutes of uninterrupted CPR on the floor

  • If studying online, access to a device with an internet connection is required

Assessment Activities

  • Practical Scenarios

    • Perform CPR on an adult, child, and infant, including AED use

    • Respond to blocked airways and complications like regurgitation

  • Theory Assessment

    • Complete a written, multiple-choice exam to demonstrate your knowledge

Certification & Renewal

Your certification is valid for 12 months, with renewal recommended annually to stay compliant and confident.
